Osclass consuming CPU and other hosting resources

My hosting company is warning me about my site is consuming all CPU and other resources fo hosting. Therefore sites should be optimized.

In fact, site has no traffic. How a site which has no traffic can consume CPU and other hosting resources? I use BENDER and OSCLASSWIZARDS themes.

What optimization should be done?
Thanks

Please share more details, we do not have any such issue with other installation.

What type of details I can obtain from hosting company? They just claim that my site is consuming excessive resources.

Site has maximum 20-30 visitors daily…

Hosting company name, site url and screenshot of resource tab in cpanel.

You are well below in your limit, I don’t know why your hosting provider limiting your resources.

What is your php memorylimit and max execution time?
if you don’t know, please create a file and execute phpinfo(). You can access this file in the url

xiris@
max execution time : 60
memory limit : 512M

I had that same issue when starting up. Your website is being attacked by bots. You noticed an increase in login and users right?

Yes correct…How did you solved it? How to prevent those bots, where I can see?

I also think that that is result of boots hitting your site. First check which URLs are being visited.
In my case, Googlebot was an indexing page so aggressive, that my relative high performance server CPU was 100/100 all the time.
The pages which were indexed was old paths for custom fields from the previous script I used before useless (but change was made this month).

All I had to do was to block those paths in robots.txt file (look below)

User-Agent: *
Disallow: /search/
Disallow: /oc-admin/

Ofcourse you paths may be different

You can also set (slow down) interval of indexing site with adding:
Crawl-delay: 20

(please note, that crawler delay does not apply to Googlebot)

Best regards.

Where do you add " Crawl-delay: 20 "?

In the robots.txt file. It is located in you osclass root folder.

User-agent: *
Disallow: /cgi-bin/
Disallow: /search/
Disallow: /oc-admin/
Crawl-delay: 20

I added robot.txt files as given below…is it ok?

Yes it is okay. Did it solve your problem?

Best regards.

Unfurtunatelly did not solve yet, websites becomes offline 2-3 times each hour.
What does it mean? here is my last 24 hours stats https://gofile.io/d/ke4jWM
Can you look at and comment please what is it? I see only bots visits, no human…

Checked your access logs nothing unusual, this only means your hosting provider is not good.
